Location

Approaching from Oakham:
Take the Cold Overton road out of Oakham; this is also signposted to the Rutland Memorial Hospital (H).  Follow the road for about 3.5 miles until you reach a crossroads at Knossington. Turn left into Knossington, signposted Owston 2 miles. Take the third left turning in the village which is Owston Road, signposted Owston and follow this for about 1 mile until you reach a crossroads.  Turn left here and then take the second right turn at the top of the hill.  Follow Main Street into the village of Owston until you reach Manor Farm on your left hand side, this is approximately 300 meters after turning into the village.

Approaching from Leicester:
Take the A47 out of Leicester towards Peterborough.  Turn left on to the B6047 to Tilton on the Hill.  Turn right after 2 miles into Tilton village centre following signs for Oakham, (second left).  This road takes you through Halstead.  Keep on this road for about 2.25 miles and then take the left turn signposted to Owston at the top of the hill.  After 1 mile you drive past the Owston village sign, take the next turning on the left into the village of Owston.  Follow Main Street, as above

Approaching from Melton Mowbray
Take the A606 out of Melton towards Oakham.  Keep on this road for about 4 miles and then turn right following signs for Somerby.  Take the second right turn when driving through Somerby, following signs to Owston.  As you approach Owston take the second turning on the right after the Owston village sign, at the top of the hill.  Follow Main Street, as above
